Terms of Use
The rules that apply when you use this site and when you commission work — from the quote process to copyright, payment and revision rounds.

1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the relationship between anyone visiting atakanokul.com and the site owner, Atakan Okul. By using the site you accept them.
2. Using the site
- Site content is for information only and creates no binding commitment.
- You may not attempt to damage the site, overload it, or probe its security.
- Forms are for genuine project enquiries. Automated submissions, advertising and bulk messaging are blocked.
3. The quote process
A form submitted through the site is a request for information, not an order, and creates no obligation for either party.
- Enquiries are answered during weekday working hours, usually the same day.
- A written quote covers scope, delivery date, number of revisions and price.
- Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
- Work begins once the quote is approved in writing and the deposit is received.
4. Payment

If the client cancels after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is not refunded, as it covers work already carried out.
5. Revisions
- Every quote states the number of revision rounds included (typically 2–3).
- A revision is a refinement of the approved concept. Changing direction entirely counts as new work and is priced separately.
- Revisions beyond the agreed number are charged hourly.
6. Delivery and approval
- Work is delivered digitally in the formats stated in the quote.
- If no written objection is raised within 7 days of delivery, the work is considered approved.
- Source files are not included unless the quote says so explicitly.
7. Copyright and usage rights
- Once payment is complete, usage rights to the delivered work pass to the client.
- Before payment is complete the work may not be used, published or reproduced.
- Unless you ask otherwise in writing, I reserve the right to show completed work in my portfolio and on my social media accounts.
- Rights to rejected alternative designs remain with me.
- Text, images and logos supplied by the client remain the client's; legal responsibility for that material rests with the client.
8. Third-party assets
Licences for stock images, fonts, music and video used in the work are listed in the quote. Licence fees are not included in the price unless stated. Paid licences are purchased on the client's behalf.
9. Timing and delays
The delivery date runs from the day all required information and material reaches me. Delays in client feedback or approval push the delivery date back by the same amount. Neither party is liable in cases of force majeure.
10. Limitation of liability
No guarantee is given regarding commercial success, sales growth or reach figures resulting from the delivered work. My liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the work in question.
11. Confidentiality
Commercial information shared during a project is not passed to third parties. Details on how personal data is handled are in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
These terms are updated when needed; the version published on the site is the one in force. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Sivas have jurisdiction.
