About drone filming
Do drone flights require a permit?
Drone flights in Türkiye are regulated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. I work with a registered aircraft and a valid pilot licence; I check the flight zone before the shoot and file permit applications when required. All of this is included in the quote — nothing for you to deal with.
Can you film anywhere?
No. Around airports, military zones and certain critical facilities, flying is prohibited, and flights over crowds are restricted. Send me the location and I can give you a clear yes or no within a few hours.
Does weather affect the shoot?
Yes. Rain, fog and strong wind ground the drone. That is why we keep the shoot date flexible — in bad weather it gets postponed at no extra cost.
What is the footage quality?
4K resolution video and high-resolution stills. After colour grading, the footage works for both web and big-screen use.
How does construction tracking work?
On the first shoot, reference points and altitude are recorded. Every subsequent shoot uses the same angle and height — so period-by-period frames line up, progress is clearly visible, and a timelapse video can be produced.
Can I combine it with ground filming?
Yes — and it is the most effective option. Aerial footage carries the openings and transitions; ground footage handles the detail. Combined in one edit, the result is far more professional.
What does aerial footage add to your project?
When viewers see a place for the first time, it needs context: where is it, how big is it, what surrounds it? A single aerial opening shot answers all of that in seconds — which is why aerial footage has become near-standard in hotel, facility, campus and land promos.
In construction and energy projects, aerial footage serves a second purpose: documentation. Periodic shoots double as investor presentation material and a record of the process. Combine the aerial footage with ground filming ve voice-over and it becomes a promo asset your website and social channels can keep using for a long time.
